Canadian prime minister, who has vowed to fight President Trump’s tariffs, heads to White House

Canada’s newly elected leader, Prime Minister Mark Carney, is headed to the White House Tuesday. Carney has promised to fight back against President Trump’s hefty tariffs against his country while Mr. Trump has vowed to make Canada the 51st state. CBS News’ Nancy Cordes has more.
